- Find opportunities to expand development of your interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and the ability to engage and influence others in your field.
- Start conversations with your colleagues, managers and trainers to develop the correct skills.
- Motivate yourself and others to develop a plan for success.
“While the pandemic has caused a lot of stress in our lives, one of the positives it has given us is the gift of self-reflection,” said Steve Hewins, Senior Vice-President of CU Members Mortgage. Personal development is an essential tool for us as individuals to grow as leaders. We are excited to welcome Jimese Harley with CUES, who has a proven track record in developing leaders, to share how to take ownership in your personal development and grow your skills to not only become great leaders, but to reach your personal goals.”
