DALLAS, TX – October 6, 2020 – CU Members Mortgage will host another mortgage lending-focused webinar in its current series entitled: “There’s No Going Back – Multi-Dimensional Connectivity in Mortgage Lending.” This webinar, featuring Genworth’s “That MI Guy” Steve Richman will occur October 8, 2020, 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. (CST).
Richman will address how in our new normal, there is no going back. He details this “no going back” with a brief exploration of the evolution of the mortgage industry from the 80’s to today to show that the current status and future of the industry requires a “Multi-Dimensional Connectivity.”
To put an even more compelling spin on this talk, Richman will share 13 of the most-viewed TED Talks and how they relate to each other and the mortgage industry. This session will cover corporate culture, personal growth, improved communication, holistic consumerism and more.
Participants will learn key takeaways:
- How to change your credit union, yourself and your members to succeed in these ever-changing times.
- How to view technology outside the mortgage industry and leverage it to help you succeed.
- How to distinguish yourself from the competition.
- How to create a motivating environment for yourself and your credit union.
“Throughout history, lenders have always had to be quick to adapt and move forward,” said Steve Hewins Senior Vice President of CU Members Mortgage. “Experiencing today’s pandemic is no different. These last few months are evidence of not only the need to evolve, but also to be open-minded about what’s needed and focus on what we can do to create the best member experience possible. We always enjoy hearing from Steve Richman and his unique perspective and we’re really looking forward to hearing him discuss connectivity, which will provide us with the proper path to forge ahead in these uncertain times.”
