Here’s a brief video interview from CU Broadcast’s Mike Lawson and Steve Richman discussing the session coming up:
The world has changed. There is a new normal and there is no going back. In this presentation, Genworth’s “That MI Guy” Steve Richman joins us to share a brief exploration of the evolution of the mortgage industry from the 80’s to today so that we discover that the current day and future of our industry require us to have “Multi-Dimensional Connectivity.”
Steve also talks about 13 of the most viewed TED Talks of all time and how they relate to each other and the mortgage industry. His session will go through corporate culture, personal growth, improved communication, holistic consumerism, and more.
Participants will learn:
- How to change your credit union, yourself and your members to succeed in these ever changing times.
- How to view technology outside the mortgage industry and leverage it to help you succeed.
- How to distinguish yourself from the competition.
- How to create a motivating environment for yourself and your credit union.
